The B&B
The B&B features a luxurious communal kitchen flooded with light thanks to the spacious glass front and skylights. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. The comfortable rooms are typically furnished to accommodate two people, with a cosy bed, a seating area, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The B&B is situated in a beautiful, traditional long-fronted farmhouse in Oeffelt, Brabant. The B&B is housed in the old part of the building, which dates from 1904 and was formerly used as a stable.
As soon as the weather permits, you’re welcome to use the communal terrace and the adjoining garden. You’ll also find the cycle shed here, which can be reached via a wide path running alongside the farmhouse. Enjoy the peace and space.
Oeffelt is an ideal base for cyclists and walkers. The farm is situated on various cycling, walking and horse-riding routes. You can walk straight into the Maasheggen from the accommodation, or take a short stroll to the convent in St Agatha. The centre of Oeffelt is a five-minute cycle ride away. There you’ll find a supermarket, a Post NL point, a church, a café and a cafeteria.
Our farmhouse is surrounded by farmland and agricultural countryside and is situated just behind the dyke. In these stunning surroundings, you can enjoy nature, peace and space. Whether for a weekend break or a longer holiday, B&B de Maasheggen is the perfect base from which to explore the UNESCO Maasheggen Biosphere Reserve, the Maasduinen National Park, the Euregio and the Rijk van Nijmegen.
The B&B can accommodate up to ten people. The farmhouse is spacious and offers plenty of privacy. A spacious communal kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is also a spacious terrace outside. The garden for our guests is fully fenced. Guests can park their cars and bicycles on the premises. You can use the charging points (for a fee). It is also possible to bring your horse with you. We have a separate parking space on our own grounds for your horse trailer. We’ve thought of everything to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
Group accommodation
Fancy a break with your family or friends? Our B&B can accommodate groups of up to 10 people. In that case, please book several rooms. If you’d like to have the whole B&B to yourselves, please book all five rooms. Please note: groups of young people and students are NOT permitted.
The accommodation is less suitable for children.
