The B&B at a glance
Welcome to our B&B, where comfort and relaxation come together. Everything has been taken care of down to the last detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Think of a cosy bed, stylish rooms and lovely extras that add that little bit of extra luxury. Whether you’re coming to unwind or to explore the surrounding area, you can count on all the facilities to make your stay complete and special. Below, you’ll discover everything you can expect.
All guests have unlimited access to the Wi-Fi.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the B&B.

Our B&B is not suitable for guests with (young) children.
We have plenty of parking spaces on our own premises.
We offer the option of charging electric vehicles on our own premises.
Our luxury box-spring beds come with a double mattress and two single duvets. Room 5, ‘TinkerBelle’, can also be booked with two single beds.
Each of our five rooms has its own en-suite bathroom.
The B&B is situated on the dyke in the countryside around Oeffelt. You can walk, drive or cycle straight into the UNESCO-listed Maasheggen.
The ground floor is wheelchair-accessible. Room three, ‘Liesje’, and its en-suite bathroom are fully equipped for guests with reduced mobility and are accessible to walkers and wheelchairs.
As well as the cosy communal area and terrace, you can make and enjoy coffee or tea in your room.
In the communal area, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast (which can be booked as an extra if you wish).
In our breakfast room and on the terrace, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast and relax by playing games, reading a book or simply soaking up the peace and quiet.
We also offer stabling and access to paddocks if you’d like to bring your horse or pony (size C and above).
We’d be delighted to welcome you for a stay of two nights or more in one of our five rooms. Or why not book all the rooms as a holiday home for your group?
Check-in days are from Friday to Monday between 4 pm and 7 pm. If you’d like to check in early, you’re welcome from 2 pm. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrive on a different day.
When it’s time to go home, please leave the B&B by 10.00. If you’re having a late check-out, please leave by 12.00.
We’re sorry to hear that your stay with us has been cancelled. Would you like to rebook or cancel? If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, we’ll refund 90% of the payment. Up to 10 days before arrival, the refund is 50%. If you cancel less than 10 days before the arrival date, no refund will be given.
There are CCTV cameras on the premises and in the B&B to monitor the area and ensure the safety of people, animals and property. It gives you peace of mind!
Do you fancy playing a game during your stay, testing your skills, and working out your strategy and tactics against your opponent? Then pick a game from the games cupboard and get to know the other person in a relaxed way.

We hope you won’t need it, but we’ve got a first-aid kit in the kitchen for minor accidents. In the event of an emergency, always call 112.
If you only get round to reading a book whilst on holiday, but (of course) haven’t brought one with you… then have a look at the bookshelf. There’s a choice of different genres. Enjoy your read!
If you’re coming by bike, you can park it in the cycle shed at the back. Do you have an e-bike? If so, you can also charge the battery here. For fire safety reasons, the battery must remain on the bike during your stay. Only chargers for mobile phones, laptops and iPads are permitted indoors.
The beds will be made up for you and towels will be laid out and ready for you on arrival. A stress-free start to your stay at B&B De Maasheggen in Oeffelt.

We are huge animal lovers and absolutely adore our dogs and horses. For this reason, unfortunately, dogs and cats are not allowed at our B&B.
