Frequently asked questions about our B&B and your stay

Do we have use of the kitchen?

The kitchen is a communal space where we serve breakfast and organise workshops. You may only use the kitchen appliances if you book the entire B&B.

Can we bring our dog along?

We are huge animal lovers and absolutely adore our dogs and horses. That’s why, unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at our B&B.

Can our dogs come into the B&B?

No, the dogs are not allowed in the B&B. The holiday home is completely self-contained and separate from our house and garden. Even when the B&B is unoccupied, the dogs are not allowed inside, so you don’t need to worry about allergic reactions.

What activities are there in the area?

B&B De Maasheggen is an ideal base for a wide range of activities, from walking, cycling and sports to cultural and culinary excursions, or a day’s shopping in one of the nearby towns. There’s too much to list here, so please do take a look at our ‘The Surroundings’ page.

Is the B&B suitable for children?

The B&B is not suitable for guests with (young) children.

Can I park at the B&B?

Yes, we have several parking spaces on our own premises. You can unload your belongings right outside the door and then park your car, bike or motorbike in the car park.

I have an electric car – can I charge it nearby?

Yes, we have a charging point at the B&B where you can charge your car. As soon as we activate the charging point, you can charge your car for a fee. Please do bring your own cable.

I have an expensive bike – can I park it safely?

Yes, we have a cycle shed at the back of the B&B. The grounds are monitored by CCTV in various places to ensure that both your and our property are safe.

I have an electric bike – can I charge it?

Yes, there is a cycle shed at the back of the B&B where you can also charge your bike for a fee to cover the cost of the electricity.

Are we allowed to have visitors during our stay?

You can register your visitors with us before your stay, so that we know how many people will be staying at the B&B. We are licensed to accommodate up to 10 people.

Does a baby count as a person?

If you’re bringing a child or baby with you, they’re part of your party. We have a licence for the B&B to accommodate 10 people, regardless of age.
